GREECE SUBMITS BAILOUT PROPOSAL "In a significant about-face, the government caved into demands for a new round of austerity measures, including sales tax hikes and cuts in state spending for pensions that the left-leaning Greek government had long resisted. In the text of proposals sent by Athens late Thursday, the government conceded to demands it had previously refused to accept -- mostly on moving various categories of goods and services to higher sales tax rates -- in exchange for a new 53.5 billion-euro ($59 billion) bailout package." European stocks are on the rise after the news, but the Greek economy is "seizing up" as Greeks still fear a Eurozone exit. [AP]

HACKERS STOLE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS OF 21.5 MILLION FEDERAL WORKERS The federal government revealed yesterday that suspected Chinese hackers had sensitive information of 21.5 million federal workers. IRAN TALKS MISS CRITICAL DEADLINE "Iran and six world powers passed another milestone on Thursday in their months-long negotiations over Tehran’s controversial nuclear program with still no agreement in place. Their failure to conclude a deal by midnight Thursday doubles the amount of time that Congress has to review the deal once it comes through, to 60 days, before U.S. sanctions can be lifted, casting further uncertainty over its smooth passage through the U.S. legislature." WHAT'S WORKING

CHANGING THE WAY WE TALK ABOUT FERTILITY "One of the biggest problems [Wendy] Burch sees in the way that our society deals with fertility today is the silence. 'I would look at a cover of a magazine with celebrity X, Y or Z at age 40-something and the headline would say: "Miracle babies!" I would think if it can happen to them, it can happen to me,' Burch said." [HuffPost]
