American Doctor With Ebola Upgraded To 'Stable' Condition

Craig Spencer, the American doctor who was diagnosed with Ebola in New York City last week, has been upgraded from "serious but stable" to "stable" condition, according to a statement from The New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

WABC reports that Spencer has been awake and communicative, and is receiving both antiviral and plasma therapy.
