10 DEAD AFTER OREGON SCHOOL SHOOTING Chris Harper Mercer was identified as the shooter in a rampage that left 10 dead and wounded seven others Thursday at Umpqua Community College, a small community college in Roseburg, Oregon. According to initial reports, Mercer allegedly targeted Christians in his rampage, which he may have hinted at on online messaging boards the day before. President Barack Obama made an impassioned speech following the shooting, asking for an end to gun violence that we've become "numb to." This is the 45th school shooting this year. AT LEAST 15 MILLION CUSTOMER RECORDS STOLEN FROM T-MOBILE Names, addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers and passport numbers were all stolen in the hack, which the company discovered in mid-September. [Reuters]
