Co-pilot Andreas Lubitz set the plane into descent mode five times in a four and a half-minute period during a flight from Duesseldorf to Barcelona, then brought it back up again on a flight, the BEA investigation agency said in an interim report on the crash." SEN. DIANNE FEINSTEIN: WHY I OPPOSE THE GOP BUDGET "The federal budget is as much about our national priorities as it is about numbers and data. Unfortunately, the Republican budget resolution sets all the wrong priorities and casts a particularly grim vision for the future. In my view, this budget marks a major step backward for the country. It is one of the worst budgets I have seen in my 22 years in the Senate, and I intend to oppose it." [HuffPost]
