NEW POSSIBLE PLANE DEBRIS SPOTTED
Chinese military aircraft spotted several floating pieces of debris, raising world hopes that Malaysian Airlines flight 370 had been found. Australian aircraft spotted other floating items in the same region. Ships should be in the area by this afternoon. New sources are claiming the plane dropped to an altitude of 12,000 feet. WASHINGTON MUDSLIDE DEATH TOLL RISING
"Hopes of finding any more survivors from a massive mudslide that killed at least eight people waned as searchers pulled more bodies from the tangled debris field and crews worked through the night into Monday in rural Washington state." EGYPTIAN COURT SENTENCES 529 TO DEATH
"An Egyptian court sentenced 529 members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood to death on Monday on charges including murder, a defence lawyer said, in a sharp escalation of a crackdown on the movement." [Reuters]

STATESIDE: Train Derails at O'Hare
A train derailed at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport this morning, injuring 32. Counterprotesters had a great message at funeral of Fred Phelps, the founder of Westboro Baptist. A shockingly high percentage of veterans receiving college money through the GI Bill don't graduate. A recently deceased FedEx driver had quite the send off. INTERNATIONAL INTRIGUE: FLOTUS Killin' It
Russia upped its economic pressure on Ukraine. The U.S. increased military support for the search and capture of African warlord Joseph Kony of "Invisible Children" infamy. Obama's four-day European tour will focus on Russia's aggressions. An Ebola outbreak has killed at least 59 in Guinea. Taiwan's student protests worsened over the weekend. And Michelle Obama has wowed the Chinese with her fashion and kindness during her tour of the country.
