BREAKING NEWS Saturday February 20, 2016 Christopher Dilts/Bloomberg via Getty Images Hillary Clinton prevailed in the Nevada caucus Saturday, defeating Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in what is shaping up to be a protracted battle for the Democratic presidential nomination.
The Nevada caucus was seen as a contest in which Clinton could prove that she can beat Sanders by dominating among racial minorities. That's also the conventional wisdom on South Carolina, which holds its Democratic primary next Saturday. | |
