Changes to the BBC Privacy and Cookies Policy

Hello, We’ve made some changes to the BBC’s Privacy and Cookies Policy. This policy governs your rights if there’s ever a problem, so it’s important that you read them. As you can see at the top of this page, this is version 2.0 and this version now replaces all previous versions. The last version published was 1.13, and since then there are changes in sections 3, 4, 7, 8 and 19 which include: How we may show you BBC marketing on social media sites If you use the website in the UK the following changes also apply: How we share emails with TV Licensing to check if you are using BBC iPlayer Asking you to provide your gender when you register for a BBC account. If you are happy for these changes to take place, you don't need to do anything. If you don't want these changes to apply, you're free to close your account.
