Then he saw her crying again, and again, and again and again and again. He ultimately discovered what was happening: Their boss, Eileen Hedges, would drag Jill to a bar at night to act as flypaper for senior executives and high-profile clients—and then in the morning, she would regale the trading floor with stories about Jill's sexual exploits with these men. (This account was later corroborated in court testimony.)Eventually, Mike decided to report Eileen to human resources. And that's when his life began to fall apart. I won't give away all the goods here, but suffice it to say that this story teems with the kind of juicy behind-the-scenes details you crave in a story about Wall Street life.
